Hi sorry @hkr1920 just discovered the bans weren’t being synced so have gone ahead and manually removed them, check back tomorrow and let me know if you can join now thanks.
Hi @dark_knight I haven’t played the game myself so not sure, have you tried looking on youtube at ‘lets plays’ videos where people do walkthroughs of the game? I am sure someone will have covered this?
This might be helpful if you can find the point in the game your at but if you know what level or the name of the guy you can probably get a more specific example on youtube:
Hi @carlos_baccarin I recently setup/reconfigured our online ban management page which might of accidentally synced some very old bans to the servers from an out-dated database. I will unban your account on it now but the servers restart at 3am GMT time so the unban won’t take effect until then.
